Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the carbon molecular sieve is different due to the dynamic effect, and the oxygen molecule is adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and the nitrogen molecule is enriched in the gas phase to reach the oxygen and nitrogen separation.
